Just a quick note to say thank you for selling me this beautiful machine. It was a pleasure meeting Jeremy and his wife yesterday afternoon. He took great care of the machine while in transit and the delivery was made as promised. In spite of the long drive that Jeremy endured, he spent the time needed to make sure that my son and I understood the controls and major features of the machine. The transaction occurred without issue and please know that Romney Cycles has another satisfied out-of-state customer!

Travelled almost 4 hours because I had heard nothing but amazing things about Romney. Passed at least 8 other large dealers. I WAD NOT DISAPPOINTED. From the moment I crossed the threshold, the aura of the dealer was amazing. The salesman, Spencer, that helped me was amazing. He was not pushy or egotistical like a lot of salesmen are. He made my experience about ME and what would suit ME this best. Spencer was extremely knowledgeable and cemented in my mind what I already had been looking for while looking online. After 45 minutes of hemming/hawing (on my part), we agreed on a package set up and Spencer got me set up with the finance department. Regretfully, I do not remember his name, but the finance man was amazing as well. Took about 15 minutes to get financing options back. We talked and discussed multiple options. Ultimately, I chose to go a different way financially. While, I did not utilize their finance options, it was refreshing because they made the process seamless, whereas other dealers will try to "force" yo uto use their financing. The dealership itself was extremely clean and had a "homey" feel to it. EVERYONE I interacted with was pleasant, friendly and talkative. Even the "Guard dog" was friendly. They definitely take the whole "Treat customers like Family" to a new level. Will DEFINITELY send all my friends their way. They have gained a customer for life out of me.

Kenny was very personable and accommodating. Explained everything they would do when I dropped it off. Called me later to approve repairs. When I picked up my Mule he loaded it shook my hand and said he appreciated my business. I told him I appreciated all that hes done for me. Highly recommend checking with Kenny if you need service.

Taking the fantastic price out of the equation, Romney Cycles was a start to finish pleasure to work with. First off everyone is prompt and informative. Spencer and the sales managers broke down the price and pickup process with me in a patient manner. I was in disbelief over the price and assumed it was a trick to get me to make the 3 hour drive there. I was pleasantly wrong. The whole process took less than 15-20 minutes but I stayed an hour. Having bought other bikes and quads it was an awesome change of pace to buy a bike from a rider and not purely a salesperson. In my opinion Romney should have a podcast discussing what they like, the market and general tips. Spencer went above and beyond going over the bike and helping me load it up right. I live 30 minutes away from multiple dealers but would drive to Romney for another vehicle tomorrow. Great people, beautiful country on the ride out and worth every penny. I am going to put a lot of miles on the MT10 I got but in the meantime I am going to send everyone I know to Romney.

We purchased our first quad from Romney Cycle Center back in 1987. It was a blue YFM-100 Yamaha moto 4. Since that time we have purchased 8 more quads from Romney, an equipment trailer, and numerous accessories. Always the best price. Always the best service. Always the best experience. I traveled a little over 2 hours to get the bike I wanted from Romney Cycles. The staff there is simply amazing! I showed up early on a busy Saturday morning, without any appointment, and they got the ball rolling on my purchase immediately. The staff at Romney Cycles utilized excellent teamwork to make sure the entire process goes smoothly. My salesman's names was George, but I'm sure anyone that works for Romney would be equally as awesome to deal with. If you live within a few hours like I do, I can tell you it's worth the drive! There are probably 4 other Yamaha dealers that are closer to me, but past experiences and poor customer service led me to look beyond 100 miles in my search for a bike.

Big thanks to Romney Cycles for getting a new tire installed on my R1200GS on short notice! I was on a week long motorcycle trip when my front tire gave out and they were able to get me sorted even though they're not a BMW dealer.

My husband and I have bought 3 motorcycles from Romney and have always worked with John in Sales. It is definitely the best dealership around in terms of sales, we are from the Frederick/Carroll county area in MD and the dealerships in that area are consistently 2 to 3 grand higher on the same models of motorcycles that we were looking at. Those dealerships would also not come back with competitive prices to Romney. Romney has also hosted the best demo days. I got my second motorcycle, a GSXR 750, because of getting to ride its little brother, the 600, at a demo day there.

Picked up a 2017 SUZUKI GSXR on Saturday and I couldn't have been happier with my experience at Romney Cycles. I called ahead, about a week before and spoke with John who was able to give me my out the door price which included Motorcycle, taxes, title & tags "no hidden fees" (service charges, prep, or freight) helping me to save around $2,500.00. Unfortunately after a 3hr+ drive I arrived 30 mins before closing. Everyone there remained patient & positive while assisting me with finding the proper gear and getting me settled on the financial side.

They even provide a fly-in and ride service, they'll pick you up at the airport and bring you back to the dealership so you can ride home.

I had been searching for a specific dual sport for weeks and stumbled on to Romney via Cycletrader. I wasn't even comp shopping for price, but they had exactly what I was looking for, in stock, and ended up being well over a grand less than closer dealerships. Spencer worked out the deal over the phone, I scheduled a vacation day, and happily made the 8 hr round trip. The bike was prepped and waiting on me by the front door. No surprises, no fuss, and back on the road in 30 mins. They really do have no nonsense pricing. It's not a gimmick. I wouldn't hesitate to make another trip there the next time I'm in the market for one of their brands.

Best motorcycle shop I've ever experienced! I was looking for a WR250F for myself and four TTRs for my sons. Purchasing five bikes at once is intimidating, as it's a lot of information, research and, of course, costs. I contacted 7 dealerships around where we live, asking for help. Romney was the furthest one away (3+ hours) yet responded first. Spencer was responsive to every question and concern, even outside of business hours. Every detail was handled professionally and without a single miscommunication. Doug was also very helpful in the finance department. In the end, we went with Romney, and are so glad we did. They even delivered all five bikes to our door! I highly recommend them. Oh, and out of the seven dealerships I contacted, they beat everyone's price BY A TON. There's literally no need to look anywhere else. Call Spencer and save yourself a ton of time, money and aggravation. These guys know customer service and deliver what they say.
